When I first sought acupuncture treatment over 15 years ago I was looking for a natural, effective medicine without drugs and their side effects. Ever since it has been my go-to health care, having received it for everything from stress to knee pain, insomnia to menstrual issues. 

Looking for a new challenge and change from my career in the charities sector I studied for my degree at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York and loved every moment.  My studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine continue to feed my interest and passion for this fascinating subject.

I enjoy treating a wide range of conditions including; aches and pains, headache and migraine, digestive health, menstrual and reproductive health, stress, depression and anxiety and general wellbeing.

Treatment can include a range of techniques depending on the condition. These include electro- acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, Gua Sha and massage.

I am happy to be able to offer moxibustion for breech presentation babies.
