Originally from France, I have spent most of my working life in the UK. My training is in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy, which means that all aspects of the person are taken into account, thereby enabling me to work with a wide range of people and an extensive list of issues, such as anxiety, depression, body image, eating disorders, low self-esteem, bereavement, loss, trauma. I use techniques drawing on Humanistic Psychotherapies, Gestalt, Body Therapy and also working with the unconscious processes. I believe this allows for a wide and flexible range of approaches with my clients. 

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
