Hi my name is Rachel and I work as an integrative counsellor, drawing from different therapeutic models to suit the needs of each client.
I provide a confidential, safe and relaxed space for you to explore whatever it is you are facing to help you more forward.
I work with people of all faiths and of none.
I have 30 years experience working in the social care sector with adults and families.

Prices
Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £45 (student fee £40).
I also offer a free 30 minute no obligation introductory session to explore your needs and for us to decide if I am the right counsellor for you.

I have a BA (hons) in Counselling and I work with a range of issues including bereavement, cancer, loss, boarding school, infertility, singleness, trauma, depression and anxiety.
