Welcome, thank you for viewing my profile. I am qualified Reflexologist, incorporating facial and hand reflexology.  I’m a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR).

Reflexology is for everyone, no matter of age or gender and I offer personalised treatments and courses of treatment designed support your health and wellbeing. To support stress-related symptoms, nervous system regulation, and overall physical and emotional wellbeing including pain management and lymphatic drainage. I help you reconnect with your body and feel more empowered to manage your health.

I also work for Penny Brohn UK – Cancer wellbeing for everyone providing oncology reflexology.

 How I work:

Reflexology is not intended to be a one-off treatment. Its benefits are cumulative, with each session building on the last to create deeper and more lasting improvements in your overall wellbeing. This is supported by research, client experiences, and my own professional observations.

For this reason, I work best with clients who are committed to their wellbeing journey and willing to invest in a course of treatments rather than seeking a single appointment. Regular sessions allow the body and mind the time and consistency needed to achieve meaningful, sustainable results and to experience the full benefits that reflexology can offer.

To truly reap the benefits of reflexology, it requires a commitment from you, the client.
