Supporting your health and wellbeing with Reflexology
Welcome, thank you for viewing my profile. I am qualified Reflexologist, including facial reflexology and I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
Reflexology is a fantastic, relaxing non-invasive complementary therapy, not an alternative one, suitable for all ages and genders. It can be used alongside conventional medicine to support you through life’s journey.
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
Foot Reflexology can support the healing of various conditions it aims to effectively rebalance and reinvigorate your body by improving blood flow and nerve stimulation.
Firm pressure is applied on the different reflex points of the foot and lower leg in order to realign the brain’s connection to different areas of the body, thus leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed and in tune with yourself. I am also trained in the following.
Manging Pain with Reflexology
Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage
Menopause Support
Oncology Reflexology
Reflexology for someone with cancer may be able to help with a range of ailments, including the reduction of stress, tension and anxiety, stimulation of the lymphatic system, increasing circulation, increased energy and pain management. As it’s a non-invasive form of therapy. It could also help to reduce nausea caused by chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
Overall, reflexology is thought to be very helpful for anybody on a cancer journey. It can help to improve a person’s quality of life, whilst creating and sustaining an overall sense of wellbeing, which is pivotal for anybody on a healing journey.
FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY
A holistic therapy that focusses on applying gentle pressure to the reflex zones and reflexology points on the face, which correspond to specific areas of the body along the nervous system; the aim is to stimulate the brain to re-energise those areas that are out of balance.
The use of organic facial oils, together with soothing, circular movements and gentle massage techniques will leave you feeling extremely relaxed and infused with a great sense of inner peace.
A series of Facial Reflexology treatments can also result in an improved, healthy, glowing skin complexion. Facial Reflexology, like traditional reflexology, treats your body by supporting your healing process at an emotional level; it is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment.
Facial Rejuvenation
Our faces often reflect how we are feeling; stress, pent-up emotions and unhealthy lifestyle choices can all contribute to wrinkles appearing and our skin generally lacking vitality.
This facial focuses on the nerves, muscles, and lymphatic system of the face, and improves blood circulation by freeing the constrictions in your facial muscles and connective tissue.
A rejuvenating, relaxing facial massage calm the mind and body lifting from within, works at a deep connective level and can really help in eliminating toxins, oxygenating the tissue and stimulating the production of collagen and elastin through acupressure.
Other benefits can include improved sleep, and relief from sinus problems and stress-related issues.
