Reflexology is a fantastic, relaxing non-invasive complementary therapy, not an alternative one, suitable for all ages and genders. It can be used alongside conventional medicine to support you through life’s journey.

How I work:

Reflexology should not be view as a one-time treatment; it has a cumulative effect, meaning it becomes more effective with regular appointments. This is supported by research, customer feedback, and my own personal experience.

To truly reap the benefits of reflexology, it requires a commitment from you, the client.

I do not offer single one-off reflexology appointments. But packages, for example ‘Welcome to Reflexology’ is a series of 3 appointments making it a fantastic way to begin your reflexology journey. For conditions such as Lymphatic drainage this would initially require a weekly appointment for 4 weeks to obtain optimum results.
