Hi, I’m Becca, the No BS Therapist
I don’t use cheesy quotes or confusing terms, just useful mental health insight and easy to understand diagrams – with plenty of swearing! With me, you’ll get no jargon, no nonsense – no BS!
I’ll help you become aware of why you behave the way you do and find coping techniques which actually work for you. We’ll find the right answers for you and help you get back to where you want to be – and more. You’ll understand yourself and your relationships better, to apply all this to your everyday life so you don’t need me anymore – after all, you probably don’t want to be in therapy forever.
I’m trained in multiple therapies so I can choose the right elements of each to fit your situation and what you need.
My approaches focus on:
- linking your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours
- the importance of your relationships throughout life
- exploring your needs, and your identity and making the changes you want
- understanding the mind-body link
We will always follow your pace and I’ll never push you before you’re ready. Counselling and therapy are not about giving advice on how to live your life, instead we’ll work out the right answers for you.

After, £45-55 per session.
Concessionary discounts available for students, low salary, retired, blue light workers and armed forces.
