I am a qualified Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy practitioner, registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and also a trained Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga. I offer a range of personalised and bespoke hypnotherapy sessions which are designed to help you to identify and to make the positive changes you would like to make in your own life.
I have a strong interest in the mind and body connection, and the practice of meditation and Mindfulness. As well as hypnotherapy sessions, I also offer individual and group relaxation and guided imagery meditation sessions.
Through my own personal journey, I have experienced hypnotherapy as an effective therapeutic tool. It has helped me to break through old negative thought patterns and beliefs which had started to hold me back in my own life, helping me to move forward with greater confidence and self-belief.
