Hello, I’m Kirsty. I help people deepen their self-connection, consolidate their strengths, overcome problems, nourish their personal growth, explore their experiences, and create meaningful change.
I provide weekly therapy for adults and young people. I work in a compassionate, creative, and embodied way inviting you to explore whatever is important to you. I work alongside you, prioritising safety and providing a supportive space, recognising that therapy involves commitment and energy.
I have been working therapeutically for over 15 years, in a range of different settings and services, supporting young people and adults, individually and in groups. I have a certificate in youth and community work, a postgraduate certificate in emotional education, and have just completed six-years of psychodrama psychotherapy training (pending qualification in September 2021).
I am a trainee member of the British Psychodrama Association (BPA) and UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and follow their ethical codes of professional conduct.
