My name is Jess Frost, aka The Highly Sensitive Coach, and I am a trained Breakthrough & Empowerment Coach for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and Empaths. Using breakthrough coaching techniques, NLP, Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy, I help HSP’s to build authentic self-awareness, release limiting beliefs and behaviours, and empower themselves to unlock their true capabilities and sensitive superpowers. I also help to form tailored self-care plans including meditation, breathwork and journaling to help protect your energy and thrive.
