Training as a Life Coach with Simply Changing Coaching Academy, I achieved a Level 5 Diploma In Performance Coaching with NLP. This is endorsed under ABC Awards & Certa Awards Quality Licence Scheme and professionally accredited by the National Council of Psychotherapists and the International Council of Psychotherapists.
A great lover of the outdoors, using it to keep physically and mentally healthy, I’m usually found running around the countryside, with my dog Brew by my side. When it comes to a physical challenge I usually finds myself saying ‘yes’ before thinking about it. A habit which has seen me attempt to run across Iceland unsupported, cycle from London to Paris in 24 hours and compete in white water rafting in Romania.
Losing a partner to suicide in 2014 was a real catalyst for change in my own life. I realised I could allow the experience to define my life in a good or bad way. Now, I love to share my joy in living each day with others and this is what brought me to life coaching.
